New Accounts
New Retail Account Criteria
New Century Distributors will not sell directly to the public. We refer all
consumer inquiries to one of our retailers in the area. Any potential customers
dealing with New Century must a have commercial retail storefront. All customers
must be engaged in the resale of items they purchase on the retail level and
cannot be buying for a group of individuals (i.e. gaming or hobby clubs) or
solely for personal use.
All new accounts must have completed and signed our customer application before
an account can be opened. Please include the following documentation to expedite
the processing of your customer application:
- Business licence
- British Columbia Provincial Sales Tax Exemption Certificate
- Photos of your storefront (please provide interior and exterior photos)*
*Photo will be waived if a New Century staff member visits your location.

All new accounts are subject to the following conditions:
- All orders will always be COD, prepaid by cash, certified cheque or money
order or paid by Visa or Mastercard.
- We will distribute to Canadian locations only.
- We sell to brick and mortar commercial retail locations.
- We do not sell to home-based, mail order or internet only businesses.
- Credit terms including company cheque writing privileges are only
available at such point that your credit history has been established.
